BANFF AVE GAIA GRUIT ALE: PINK BOOTS BREW

This year we brewed our fifth member of our Gruit Series. Every year for the past five years, we've made a gruit, an herbal ale, for Pink Boots Day. This year we wanted to accentuate jasmine and orange rind with a minimal amount of hops. The name comes from the Greek Goddess Gaia, personification of earth.


$1 from each 18oz pint will be donated to the Pink Boots Society of Canada to support their efforts to assist, inspire and encourage women and non-binary individuals in the fermented and alcoholic beverage industry to advance their careers through education.

FIRST CALL BLOOD ORANGE IPA

Let us cheers those who answer your first call on your worst day; a collab beer with our sister brewpubs Jasper Brewing Co., Last Best Brewing & Distilling, and Campio Brewing Co. to honour and support Alberta's first responders. First Call is a juicy, citrus IPA featuring notes of tangerine, grapefruit, and lime with a blood orange twist. $1 from every 18oz beer sold will be donated to Banff Fire Rescue.

Our flagship IPA has a delicate bitterness and enough alcohol warmth to bring out the massive fruit, pine and citrus flavours from Australian and US hops. One for the progressive hop head.

Our latest collaboration with Mt. Norquay, this juicy pale ale is packed with big hop-derived citrus, pineapple, and tropical flavours. Brewed with flaked oats and wheat, this pale is hu​ge on hop flavour yet light on bitterness.

This entry level kettle sour was brewed with strawberry puree and fresh basil. Perfect for the early patio season. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Alberta Avalanche Rescue Dog Society.

Let this nitrogen infused ale play with your senses! Looks like a blonde but crafted with cocoa nibs and Banff Roasting Company coffee beans for the bold flavours of a stout. Brewed with oats, wheat, and lactose for a smooth and creamy finish. Contains lactose.
