CONTEST RULES
Terms & Conditions
By submitting an entry to the Ride or Dry x YETI Giveaway (the “Contest”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Rules, terms and conditions, and the decisions of Jasper Brewpub Inc. and related parties Albeerta Provisions and Bearhill Brewing (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Sponsor”), and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
Details and How to Enter:
All entries must be submitted between June 5th, 2023 and July 2nd, 2023. Entrants must complete the provided ballot to enter to win. No purchase necessary to enter. Purchase will not increase chances of winning. Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to enter. Must be a Canadian resident and reside in the Province of Alberta, Canada, to win.
The Prize
The Contest prize, for each winner and their guest, consists of:
- 1x Banff Ave Brewing Co.-branded YETI 591mL Tumbler
- 1x Banff Ave Brewing Co.-branded YETI 355mL Colster
- 1x Banff Ave Brewing Co.-branded Windbreaker
(hereafter collectively referred to as the “Prize”)
The estimated total retail value for each Prize is $150.00 plus applicable taxes. The contest will run from July 5th, 2023 at start of business to July 2nd, 2023 at end of business. The Account will select a winner by July 7th, 2023. The winner will be contacted via email and/or telephone and will have seven (7) days from the initial contact to respond. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, they will automatically forfeit the Prize and a new winner will be chosen. All winners will be selected by random draw. Probability of winning varies with the number of eligible entries received during the Contest entry period.
Rules & Eligibility
All entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of the Contest entry, must reside in Alberta, Canada, and must be of permanent Canadian residency as July 2nd, 2023. Winners and their guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older by July 2nd, 2023. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Winners and their guest are each required to sign the attached Waiver and Release and Prize Claim Form Declaration to be eligible to accept the Prize. The Skill Testing Question on the Prize Claim Form Declaration must be answered correctly for a chance to win.
Employees of the Sponsor and all affiliated businesses, breweries, brew pubs, parents, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, distributors, and merchants involved in the Contest, and employees’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to win.
Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law.
The Sponsor reserves the right to alter any rules of any Contest at any time, at its sole discretion. If you have any questions or concerns about the Contest, please contact talktous@albeerta.com.
Confidentiality
Contest entrants’ information will be used for the sole purpose of the Contest enclosed. The Sponsor will not sell, distribute or use entrants’ information except as necessary to administer the Contest. Entrants must check the agreement box on the ballot form to receive promotional emails from the Sponsor. The subscriber has the right to unsubscribe at any time.
The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by YETI, nor are they associated with the Sponsor in any way. You understand that you are providing information to the Sponsor and not to YETI. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Sponsor.
Jurisdiction
This Contest shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the province of Alberta, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Contest shall be litigated only in courts sitting in Alberta, Canada.
Additional Terms
All winners will be required to provide proof of residency and age during the signing of a release, including their selected guest to join them for the Contest Prize vacation weekend. The Prize and/or any components of the Prize are not available for rebate, cash in lieu, refund, credit, or rain checks of any kind. There will not be any substitutions for the Contest Prize weekend dates and/or the scheduled Prize itineraries. No gift certificates will be given or to be used.
Neither YETI nor any establishments hosting any events in relation to the Contest are associated in any way whatsoever with the Contest or the Sponsor, and cannot be held liable for anything relating to the Contest or the Prize.
